You can then send any additional drawings, sketches or mark-ups electronically as scanned images, pdf or dwg files via your personal secure ftp account .  If you have a physical prototype model or hard copies to work from you can send them with complete confidence.  If you need to have them returned a shipping fee will be included. Once your drawings/reference material are recieved, professional quality technical illustrations are then created for you in a timely manner adhering to your preferences, standards and instructions. Rough-drafts can be presented to you at various points in the process allowing you to mold and shape the finished product with your suggestions ideas and mark-ups along the way.  Once your illustration has been completed to your satisfaction the file will be sent to you electronically.  Files can be sent as .pdf, .bmp, jpg, .tif, .gif, .dwg, dxf etc.
